We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business in the Halifax area on a permanent afters shift, Monday to Friday 2:00pm – 10:00pm. The company manufactures specialist products supplied into the construction, trade and industrial sectors and is continuing to expand due to increasing demand.
This is a hands-on production role involving various stages of the manufacturing process. Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Weighing and measuring raw materials accurately
- Mixing products in line with production specifications
- Operating production and filling equipment
- Monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing process
- Packaging, labelling and palletising finished products
- Conducting quality inspections and reporting any issues
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards
- Supporting warehouse and dispatch operations where required
- Following all health and safety procedures
