Our client is looking to recruit a full-time, experienced Electrical Installation Supervisor to support the installation of specialist ventilation systems across sites throughout London and the South of England. Reporting to the Project Managers, the successful candidate will work as part of a small, close-knit team to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role, combining installation work with supervisory responsibilities, helping to ensure projects are completed on time and in line with specifications.

Responsibilities- Experience working as a hands-on supervisor while carrying out installation work
- Installation of electrical and mechanical specialist ventilation systems in a professional manner
- Ability to manage and lead teams of labourers and apprentices on site
- Mechanical experience preferred but not essential
- Testing and commissioning systems upon completion (training on company systems will be provided)
- Control panel wiring or fault-finding experience would be advantageous
- Willingness to travel to various sites across London and the South of England (driver preferred - transport provided)
- Ability to provide regular updates to Project Managers via phone, email and face-to-face communication
- Professional approach with strong communication skills when dealing with main contractors and M&E contractors
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider needs of the business
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent)
- City & Guilds 2391 (preferred but not essential)
- 17th/18th Edition
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Valid ECS/CSCS card
