We are now looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join us and take full ownership of their own desk. This role is suited to a self-starter who enjoys winning new business, managing client relationships, and consistently delivering results. You will have the freedom to grow your desk within your chosen market, supported by a business that values quality, trust and repeat partnerships.
Skills Required- Proven 360 recruitment experience
- Strong business development and client-winning ability
- Experience managing and growing a recruitment desk
- Ability to source, screen and place candidates effectively
- Excellent client and candidate relationship management
- Commercial awareness and billing focus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify repeat and additional opportunities within existing clients
- Time management and organisation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Previous experience working as a Recruitment Consultant (360) essential
- Background in Industrial, Commercial, Engineering or Skilled recruitment
- Experience recruiting into temporary, permanent or temp-to-perm roles
- Full UK driving license
- Access to own vehicle
