Novara People are recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established Brighouse-based manufacturer supplying specialist oils, lubricants and associated products to customers across the UK and internationally. This is a hands-on role working within a busy production environment. We're looking for reliable people who are comfortable with manual work, following processes and working as part of a team.
Full-time | Temp-to-Perm
Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm | Friday 8:00am–4:00pm
The role
- Working within the production area
- Supporting the manufacture and preparation of products
- Filling, labelling and packing products ready for dispatch
- Operating production equipment following full training
- Checking products for quality and accuracy
- Following production instructions and procedures
- Moving materials and finished products around the production area
- Completing basic production paperwork where required
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised
- Following all Health & Safety procedures
Following successful completion of the temporary period, benefits include a pay increase, overtime paid at time and a half after 39.5 hours, a yearly bonus depending on company profitability, and medical benefits.
Skills:
- Previous production, manufacturing or factory experience would be beneficial
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment
- Good attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions and processes accurately
- Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping
