We are currently recruiting for a Picker / Packer to join a busy warehouse team. This is a hands-on role involving picking and packing customer orders, using a computer system to confirm orders and printing the relevant paperwork and labels ready for dispatch. The role would suit someone who is reliable, organised and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment. Good attention to detail is important as you'll need to ensure orders are picked and prepared correctly.

Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
  • Friday: 8:15am – 2:30pm

37.5 hours per week. Overtime paid at time and a half.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking products accurately from warehouse locations
  • Packing orders ready for dispatch
  • Using a computer system to confirm orders
  • Printing order paperwork, labels and relevant documentation
  • Checking picked orders for accuracy
  • Preparing goods for delivery
  • Keeping the warehouse and work area clean and organised
  • Following all health and safety procedures
  • Supporting the wider warehouse team when required

Skills:

  • Previous picking and packing experience is advantageous but not essential
