Type: Hybrid - 2 days Onsite A well-established Family Law Firm in Winnersh is looking for an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join its supportive team.

We are open to candidates who do not currently hold supervision accreditation but are willing to work towards obtaining it.

Key

Responsibilities

  • Manage Family Law matters including Non-Molestation Orders, Child Arrangements, Divorce and Private Children cases.
  • Provide excellent legal advice and client care.
  • Prepare court applications, witness statements and legal documents.
  • Manage Legal Aid applications through CCMS.
  • Support and supervise paralegals and other team members.
  • Work towards obtaining supervision accreditation if not already accredited. Requirements:
  • Solicitor qualification recognised in England and Wales
  • Relevant accreditation for Supervising, or must be willing to obtain
  • Must have, minimum 5 years PQE
  • Experience working on legal aid cases
  • Detailed, organised, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Must be confident in managing a team of Paralegals and supporting them in their roles
  • Confident in using IT and different software
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and client care skills Benefits
