Overview
As Vice President & General Manager, you\\\’ll oversee all aspects of a business line. You\\\’ll have profit and loss responsibilities. You\\\’ll play a crucial role in shaping the Novanta\\\’s overall direction and success. You\\\’ll lead and motivate employees to achieve business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Managing at least three functions for the product line directly. Indirectly, managing all functions, including Finance, Product, Operations, Technology, Sales, and Marketing.
- Setting strategic goals, identifying opportunities, and driving business initiatives that deliver profitable growth.
- Developing and executing operational plans to ensure efficient and effective business operations.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Leading high-performing teams to achieve business objectives, driving a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement; Revenue growth.

- Skill – Possess outstanding leadership skills in Product Line of business leadership roles to proficiently oversee cross-functional teams and achieve the intended results with P&L.
