As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering precision components that enable these innovations to perform at the highest level.
This is a hands-on engineering position where you will work on complex, high-precision components in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you enjoy taking designs from concept through to production and solving real-world engineering challenges, this is a role where you can make a tangible impact.
What you will be doing:
- Design and develop precision mechanical components using CAD tools such as SolidWorks
- Produce detailed engineering drawings, tolerance stacks, and technical documentation to support manufacturing and quality requirements
- Lead validation activities, from test planning to data analysis and interpretation
- Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to improve process capability and product performance
- Drive root cause analysis on complex issues across prototype and production stages
- Contribute to design reviews, providing clear and practical engineering recommendations
What you will bring:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Strong experience with precision design, GD&T, and tolerance analysis
- Proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred)
- Experience working in a precision manufacturing or high-complexity production environment
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
- A hands-on approach and the ability to collaborate across functions
