Drive Operational Excellence Across a Global Manufacturing Business

Are you an experienced planner who enjoys balancing customer demand, production capability and inventory strategy? At Novanta, we are looking for a Master Scheduler who can turn complex business requirements into effective production plans that help deliver exceptional results for our customers worldwide.

This is a highly visible role that sits at the centre of our manufacturing operation. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Care, Product Management and Operations teams to create production schedules that maximise efficiency while ensuring customer commitments are delivered. You will also act as a SAP planning subject matter expert, helping improve planning processes and operational performance.

What you will be doing:

  • Developing and maintaining master production schedules
  • Converting SIOP forecasts into executable factory plans
  • Balancing customer demand with manufacturing capacity
  • Managing long-term supply and inventory planning
  • Utilising SAP planning tools to optimise operations
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
