We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to take ownership of a key European region and drive growth within our Precision Manufacturing business, specialising in laser, optics, and advanced photonics solutions.

- Own and grow a strategic UK, France & Benelux territory
- Work at the forefront of cutting-edge laser and photonics technologies

What you will be doing
- Lead sales growth across the region, delivering strong double-digit YoY performance
- Identify and win new OEM customers in advanced manufacturing markets
- Build and grow relationships across engineering, procurement, and supply chain stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic account plans and territory strategies
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver complex, high-value solutions
- Represent Novanta at customer sites, industry events, and trade shows
What you will bring
- Proven success in technical B2B sales (5+ years)
- Experience selling into OEMs with long design cycles
- Strong background in laser, photonics, optics, additive manufacturing, or precision engineering
- Track record of winning new business and growing key accounts
- Ability to engage confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders
- A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution
- Experience working in a global, matrix organisation
