This is not a typical change role. You will be at the heart of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation, ensuring that thousands of users across multiple functions and geographies are not just trained—but truly ready, confident and able to operate in a new way of working from day one. This is your opportunity to lead end‑to‑end training deployment and user readiness, influence how change is delivered across the organisation, and play a critical role in a transformation that will reshape how the business operates.
What you will be doing
- Training Deployment & User Readiness
- Own and lead global training deployment across the S/4HANA programme
- Validate training content to ensure accuracy, usability and business relevance
- Define and deliver the training strategy, including ILT, eLearning, simulations and job aids
- Conduct training needs analysis across functions, roles and user groups
- Coordinate localisation of materials across regions and business units
- Lead and enable Train-the-Trainer and super user networks
- Change & Adoption
- Drive change and adoption activities aligned to programme milestones
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to embed change into operations
- Run readiness assessments and track adoption risks, issues and gaps
- Establish and monitor training and readiness KPIs
- Go-live & Hypercare
- Ensure training readiness is achieved ahead of cutover and go-live
- Support go-live with floorwalking, refresher training, and targeted interventions
- Continuously improve training materials and user guidance based on real-world feedback
Why this role is exciting
- True ownership – lead training deployment across a major transformation
- Global impact – influence how change is adopted across multiple regions
- High visibility – work closely with programme leadership and business stakeholders
- Real outcomes – success is measured by adoption, not just delivery
- Complex challenge – multiple deployment waves, diverse user groups, enterprise scale
What we are looking for:
- Essential
- Proven experience delivering training deployment and business readiness in ERP/SAP programmes
- Strong stakeholder engagement across both business and IT
- Ability to translate complex processes into effective training and adoption approaches
- Experience working in large-scale transformation programmes
- Desirable
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA training or enablement
- Knowledge of change and training methodologies
- Exposure to digital adoption tools (e.g. SAP Enable Now, WalkMe)
What success looks like
- Users are confident and capable at go-live
- Training is delivered on time, at scale, and tailored to user needs
- Adoption risks are proactively identified and mitigated
- Business stakeholders are engaged and aligned
- Post-go-live support drives continuous improvement and sustained adoption
