Novanta is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our state-of-the-art manufacturing operations. What You Will Be Doing

  • Carry out preventive and reactive maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, EDM tools, and coating systems.
  • Diagnose faults and implement effective repairs to minimise downtime.
  • Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to improve equipment performance.
  • Work from technical drawings, manuals, and engineering instructions to ensure accurate maintenance.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment through risk assessments and compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers, production teams, and external contractors.

What You Will Bring

  • Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent) in engineering, electrical, or maintenance.
