We are looking for a strategic HR leader to drive consistency, scalability, and innovation in how we support our people and managers. As HR Enablement Leader, you will lead a regional team, partner with business leaders, and ensure compliance across multiple countries—all while advancing our One Novanta culture.
What You Will Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR Enablement team across the region.
- Coach managers on engagement, performance, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Ensure consistent adoption of HR programs, processes, and tools.
- Drive process improvement and automation, leveraging AI to scale HR delivery.
- Partner on workforce planning, M&A activities, and change initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with labour laws across all countries in scope.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant HR experience with progressive responsibility; experience in mid-to-large organizations.
- Proven leadership of teams (preferably leaders of teams).
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, technology, and labour law.
- Track record of delivering efficiencies through automation and AI.
- Skilled in change management, organizational design, and workforce analytics.
- Collaborative, influential, and agile mindset.
