What you will do:- Assemble precision mechanical and electronic components to tight tolerances
- Work from drawings, schematics, and work instructions to build and test assemblies
- Support modification, rework, and testing of sub-assemblies
- Identify and report issues, including raising non-conformance reports (NCRs)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and quality-focused workspace
- Contribute to team tasks and continuous improvement activity
- Degree in Physics, Chemistry, or Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn quickly
- Self-motivated with a team-first mindset
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a structured production environment
- Basic MS Office skills
- Work on real products used globally in healthcare and advanced manufacturing
- Build practical experience that supports progression into manufacturing or design engineering
