Account Migration Leadership Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end AWS account migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions of production environments with zero downtime.
Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate closely with internal Product, Dev, QA, and Security teams in HK and TW to ensure any cloud infrastructure changes or vendor-led updates align with product roadmaps and compliance standards.
Hong Kong / Taiwan Business Trips Undertake periodic business trips to Hong Kong and Taiwan to conduct high-level Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), technical alignment workshops, and strategic vendor evaluations with our partners.
Stakeholder Reporting Provide regular FinOps executive summaries, project progress reports, and cost-forecast models directly to the CTO and engineering leadership.
