We are working with a leading construction company who work on high profile projects across London who are looking for talented Environmental Health & Safety Advisors to join their project teams and help maintain our reputation as industry leaders in Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance.
As an EHS Advisor, you will drive the implementation of HS&E strategy across projects, ensuring a positive safety culture while maintaining compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will directly contribute to the safety, efficiency, and success of our projects.
- Health & Safety Guidance: Implement EHS policies and provide expert guidance on all health and safety matters.
- Policies, Procedures & Documentation: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining EHS documentation.
- Inspections, Audits & Reporting: Conduct site inspections and audits, preparing clear and actionable reports.
- Risk Management & Incident Reporting: Carry out risk assessments, investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions.
- Training & Communication: Identify training needs and deliver EHS training sessions to project teams.
- Subcontractor & Stakeholder Management: Ensure subcontractor compliance with EHS standards and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent in EHS or related discipline and 3 years plus experience working on large scale commercial or construction projects.
