We are working with a leading contractor delivering complex, high-value projects, and they are looking to appoint an experienced Façade Manager to take ownership of the building envelope on a flagship Data Centre project. This is a key role where you will be responsible for driving façade delivery from design through to completion, ensuring quality, programme, and performance standards are met on a technically challenging build.
You will act as the go-to specialist for all façade-related matters, working closely with design teams, subcontractors, and the wider project leadership group. From early-stage technical reviews through to site coordination and final handover, you will ensure everything runs smoothly and meets both client expectations and regulatory standards.
- Oversee façade design development and ensure alignment with project requirements
- Manage subcontractors, coordinating design, procurement, and installation activities
- Lead technical discussions and resolve interface challenges across the building envelope
- Monitor progress on site, keeping a close eye on quality, safety, and programme delivery
- Drive approvals, testing, and compliance processes through to completion
- Support commercial and programme management alongside the wider project team
- Play a key role in the successful handover of façade packages to the client
