We are working with a fantastic company who are looking for an experienced BIM Manager with Data Centre experience to join a Consultancy for a large-scale data centre construction project. Responsible for managing and coordinating all Building Information Modelling duties from the Design phase through to construction and project handover.

  • Manage the Architect Engineers use of BIM 360/ACC for the localisation of the design model
  • Lead and manage all BIM model coordination and development activities through Design, reviews and final IFC BIM models
  • Provide weekly and monthly BIM reports to outline progress
  • Attend to weekly meetings as well as risk and escalation meetings with the Project Management team
  • Ensure the design model achieves the appropriate Level of Detail at various project stages

The suitable candidate must have relevant experience within Data Centre and advanced knowledge of BIM 360/ACC, Revit and Navisworks. Strong understanding of LOD and excellent communication and leadership skills.
