Key responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and improve internal contract frameworks, templates, and guidance materials
  • Track and monitor contractual obligations, variations, and key risks across projects

About you

  • Degree qualified in Law, Construction Law, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline
  • Strong background in construction contract management within a main contractor or similar environment
  • Proven experience dealing with contract negotiation, risk allocation, and claims matters
  • Comfortable interpreting complex contractual provisions and explaining them clearly to non-legal stakeholders
  • Experience working with standard forms such as NEC, JCT, FIDIC or similar frameworks
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence project and senior management teams
