UK-based Quantity Surveyors and Cost Managers - this could be your opportunity to make the move to America!
We are working with an established US-based construction consultancy that is looking to attract experienced, professionally qualified Quantity Surveyors and Cost Managers from the UK.
Our client operates under an E-2 visa arrangement, providing a potential route for eligible UK nationals to relocate to the United States in approximately six weeks, subject to visa approval and individual circumstances.
Successful candidates will receive a full US employment contract, employed directly by the US business.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
✅ MRICS Chartered status - MANDATORY
✅ Full university degree in Quantity Surveying - MANDATORY
✅ Proven Cost Management experience - MANDATORY
✅ Strong experience in cost planning, cost reporting, budgeting, estimating and commercial management.
✅ Experience delivering major construction projects, ideally within a consultancy environment.
✅ Genuine interest in relocating to and building a career in the United States.
