Recruitment Resourcer Data Centres, Engineering & Construction Fully Remote | Full-Time | Novalith AdvisoryBuild the talent behind Europes data centre growth. Novalith Advisory is growing, and were looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our specialist Data Centre recruitment team.
This is not an entry-level recruitment position .Were looking for someone with proven recruitment experience who already understands the language, roles and candidate market within engineering, construction and/or data centres .You'll work alongside our Recruitment Consultants, taking ownership of candidate identification, sourcing, engagement and talent-pipeline development for technical appointments across the European data centre sector.
What you'll be doing
Youll be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality candidate pipelines across construction, engineering and mission-critical infrastructure.
Your role will include: Proactively sourcing engineering and construction professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals and direct search.
Mapping the European data centre talent market and identifying candidates working across key projects, contractors and consultancies.
Approaching and engaging passive candidates.
Screening candidates against detailed technical job specifications.
Conducting initial candidate qualification calls covering experience, technical capability, location, availability and remuneration.
Building long-term relationships with specialist candidates rather than simply sourcing against individual vacancies.
Maintaining accurate candidate information and activity within our CRM/ATS.Preparing candidate profiles for presentation to clients.
Supporting Recruitment Consultants with shortlists and priority assignments.
Building talent pools around recurring and hard-to-find technical disciplines.
Monitoring candidate movement and providing market intelligence to the wider Novalith team.
Supporting candidate-led marketing by identifying exceptional professionals who can be proactively introduced to suitable clients.
The markets you'll recruit within Our work sits at the intersection of Data Centres, Construction and Engineering , with recruitment across disciplines including: CSA & Civils | Mechanical | Electrical | MEP | Project Management | Construction Management | Design | Commissioning | Quantity Surveying & Commercial | Planning & Project Controls | HSE | QA/QC | BIM | EngineeringYou don't need experience across every discipline, but you must already understand technical recruitment within construction or engineering .
What we're looking for
EssentialPROVEN recruitment experience .Recruitment background within engineering, construction and/or data centres .Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting capability.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases and direct-search techniques.
Ability to understand technical job specifications and identify appropriately qualified candidates.
Confident conducting candidate screening and qualification calls.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Excellent candidate relationship management.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment .Highly organised with disciplined CRM/ATS management.
Able to manage multiple vacancies and sourcing priorities simultaneously.
Highly desirablePrevious recruitment experience within the data centre or mission-critical sector would be particularly valuable, as would experience recruiting internationally across European markets.
