We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international data centre operator for an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to support the continued expansion of its infrastructure operations across Europe. This is a highly hands-on procurement role responsible for leading sourcing activity, supplier engagement, commercial negotiations, and procurement governance across operational, technical, and infrastructure-related spend.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, operations, finance, and legal teams to deliver commercially robust procurement outcomes while helping to embed best practice and process consistency across the business. The role requires someone comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment who can bring structure, visibility, and commercial discipline to procurement activities while maintaining a pragmatic and collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing and RFP activity across operational and infrastructure categories
  • Manage supplier negotiations, contract commercial terms, and supplier selection processes
  • Support supplier governance, renewals, performance management, and cost optimisation initiatives
  • Develop procurement visibility across spend, supplier pipeline, and future commitments
  • Work closely with technical and operational stakeholders to support project delivery and commercial strategy
  • Ensure procurement governance and supplier onboarding processes are consistently followed
  • Support the development of scalable procurement frameworks, templates, and processes
Requirements
  • 10+ years' procurement experience within infrastructure, construction, facilities management, engineering, or asset-intensive environments
  • Strong experience managing complex supplier and maintenance agreements
  • Proven commercial negotiation and contract management capability
  • Experience operating within fast-growth or low-maturity environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • MCIPS qualification preferred
