Key workers have a crucial role in each home:
- Establishing key support relationships with children and young people
- Giving them the care, guidance and support they need to thrive
What we offer:
- Excellent training opportunities, including RQF Level 3, Level 4 Certificate in Trauma Informed Care
- From £12.60 per hour (higher at weekends and higher rates of pay for staff with RQF Level 3) and £89 sleep in rate which equates to an average salary of £36,000 per year
- Full time and term time only options available

- Staff supported in a community setting with good team relationships
- Equivalent of 6 weeks annual leave per year pro rata
