Compensation: £35k base, £50-70k OTE + Equity (we want the top 0.1% and will reward top performers)

  • Own your sales pipeline – You’re responsible for driving revenue. See a way to improve the process? Be ready to pitch it, implement it and test it.
  • Engage directly with potential customers – Build connections and provide solutions.
  • Work closely with our founders – Shape strategies, identify growth opportunities, and foster customer relationships.
  • Execute our strategy – We scale impact by scaling volume. That means speaking to more customers, closing faster, and building momentum every single day.
