An exciting and newly created opportunity has opened within a cell therapy/oncology biotech based in West London who are looking for a CRA Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a rare role to work directly with a rapidly growing biotech to manage their in-house CRAs, whilst supporting their expansion into the EU/internal.
As a newly created role, you'll have the opportunity to make this position your own as you'll be given the responsibility to make decisions independently which will play a key role in their success. Right now, there are between 8-10 CRAs in the UK which need to be managed and this number is planning to be doubled over the next 12 months - the CRAs monitor complex early phase CAR T-cell therapy studies so having a strong oncology background for this role is essential.
This role would suit someone with 2-3 years of management experience or even an Associate Director level individual who is looking to work in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:- Extensive experience as a CRA
- At least 2-3 years CRA line management experience
- Phase I/II Oncology - essential
- Cell therapy, ATMPs, Gene Therapy, Immuno-oncology experience strongly desired
- BSc, MSc, PhD or qualified Nursing background
- Flexible to come into the office at least 1 day per week
- A passionate, intelligent, and driven manager who wants to work in a Biotech setting
A highly flexible base salary + 10% bonus + 6% pension matched + much more.
