Location: Nova Education Trust

In this vital role, you will work closely with our Trust Attendance Lead to provide targeted support to academies across the trust. You’ll manage attendance casework, conduct home visits, contribute to multi‑agency work, and champion inclusive approaches that support all learners — particularly those with additional needs.

The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All colleagues will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check in line with DfE requirements.
