Kirk Hallam Community Academy is seeking a SEND Pastoral Teaching Assistant to support students with additional needs, focusing on SEMH, within our Learning Support facility and classrooms. You will use a nurturing, relational approach, de-escalation techniques and personalised interventions to promote engagement, resilience and positive outcomes, while building strong links with families and carers.
