We are looking for a suitably experienced and motivated Seclusion Coordinator. The Seclusion Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the school's behaviour and inclusion strategy by managing the day-to-day operation of the Seclusion Room. This provision is a key aspect of the school's graduated response to behaviour concerns and is designed to provide a structured, calm, and purposeful environment for students to reflect, regulate, and reset before returning to mainstream lessons.
The post-holder will be responsible for upholding high expectations, modelling positive behaviour, delivering restorative conversations, and supporting reintegration. They will work closely with pastoral staff, SEND colleagues, and senior leaders to support students in making positive behaviour choices and improving engagement with school life.
