The Receptionist will:
- Be the first point of contact for students and visitors upon arrival to the academy and provide administrative support to the academy.
- Undertake reception duties, including answering the telephone, face to face enquiries, receiving visitors, dealing with student enquiries and managing the school emails.
- Assist with Bromcom data input tasks.
- Undertake general administrative procedures as required by the school.
- Support school key events such as reward evenings and various student/parents events.
- Undertake any other tasks relating to the role and scale of the job as directed by the Operations Manager.
