Novaeducationtrust seeks a Personal Development and Behaviour Lead (non-teaching) for Toot Hill School.
The role is full time (37 hours) on a fixed-term basis until 23 July 2027, term time only, on-site at Toot Hill School.
The post holder will join a dynamic Pastoral Team, manage student behaviour, welfare and achievement, and work with students, parents and staff to remove barriers to learning while supporting tutors to uphold high standards of attendance and attitude to learning.
