Toot Hill School is seeking a Personal Development and Behaviour Lead (non-teaching) to support behaviour, welfare and academic achievement of students. The role is full-time, term time only, fixed term until 23 July 2027, with a pro-rata salary of Β£28,598 and Β£24,555 actual per year for the post.
You will work within the Pastoral Team and Attitude to Learning Team, collaborating with students, parents and staff to remove barriers to learning and promote high standards of behaviour, attendance.
