Toot Hill School is seeking a Personal Development and Behaviour Lead (non-teaching) to join our Attitude to Learning and pastoral teams on a full-time, term-time only fixed-term contract until 23 July 2027. The post will manage the behaviour, welfare and academic achievement of students, support tutors and teaching staff, and maintain high standards through the 'Toot Hill Way'.
Salary is Scale 5 Point 12 (£28,598 pro-rata, £24,555 actual per year); closing date is Wednesday 26th August 2026.
