Novaeducationtrust's Toot Hill School is seeking a Personal Development and Behaviour Lead (non-teaching) to manage the behaviour, welfare and academic achievement of our students on a term-time basis within the Attitude to Learning and extensive pastoral teams.
The post holder will work closely with students, parents and staff to remove barriers to learning, support tutors and teaching staff, and deliver high standards of behaviour, attendance and attitudes to learning in line with the school.
