Location: Birklands Primary School

Contract Details: Permanent, part time 32.5 hours per week, term time only

As the first point of contact for parents, pupils, staff and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring our school provides a welcoming, efficient and professional service every day.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Warm, approachable and confident dealing with people.
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Competent using IT systems, including email, databases and Microsoft Office.
  • Discreet, trustworthy and committed to safeguarding and confidentiality.
  • Willing to undertake training, including Governance Clerking.

The closing date for this role is Monday 23rd February 2026 at 9am.
