Novabook is an AI startup focused on automating Finance & Accounting. Having grown a tech startup to 40 team members, 13 million users, multiple fundraising rounds, and a successful acquisition in 2022, the founders built Novabook to help others avoid the administrative issues they faced during due diligence.

We want to hire someone brilliant, original & creative. We have no criteria or qualifications required & simply judge you on your creative output. The ideal places for us to post are YouTube (Shorts), TikTok & Instagram, but we will probably ask you to help out on X & LinkedIn so that we are EVERYWHERE! The role will be 5 days a week in office in London.

We have no articulated process. All that we ask is that you submit your best creative work, re-using content that I (Stephen) have written to make content that will perform the best on Instagram/TikTok. Go as divergent as you wish - the aim is maximum performance & random things could deliver this. Feel free to check out our socials for other inspiration BUT the aim is to outperform what we do at the moment, not to clone it!

Salary: Open to suggestions here but our default range would be £28,000 - £35,000 as a starting point.

By submitting, you consent to us posting this on our socials to meritocratically test who performs the best on the internet and as a result assign right of use & the IP to us. A point of legal admin that I know is boring, but we kinda need to run this test.

Thank you for your interest & hopefully work together soon!
