- Build, monitor, run, and improve systems and processes that are high-quality enough to support 10 times the number of clients per team member
- Interface with our accounting teams to make sure systems work and deliver outcomes
- Interface with our product team to make sure we build product assets in the best way possible and focus on the right parts of the problem
