Novabook is building a new transfer pricing offering and seeks a seasoned professional to own it end to end. You’ll set up intercompany arrangements, price them, write underpinning agreements, and ensure delivery aligns with policy.
You’ll be the technical lead when founders open US entities, flip to a Delaware parent, or answer investor due diligence questions. You’ll work closely with CEO, accounting, engineering and product teams to automate processes and scale the function as Novabook grows
