A leading US firm is seeking an Associate-level Employment Lawyer (2–4 PQE) to join its busy UK employment team advising on corporate support and advisory matters.

  • Provide employment advice on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including transactions, restructurings, transfers, and employee mobility.
  • Advise on employee mobility, remuneration and benefit arrangements, and related HR policy matters.
  • Help clients manage employment risk proactively and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Circa 2-4 years PQE in employment law, ideally from a top-tier international law firm or similarly elite commercial practice.
