About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a PPC Executive who lives and breathes paid media performance. You’ll be trusted with building, refining, and scaling paid advertising campaigns that deliver measurable results — with ROI and lead generation front and centre.
You will be joining the company during an exciting growth phase, of onboarding ambitious new clients and expanding capabilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership, push their skills further, and grow alongside a fast-moving digital team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning PPC campaigns from launch to optimisation across Google Ads and Bing Ads (experience with Meta or TikTok Ads is a strong advantage)
- Managing and pacing client budgets daily to maximise efficiency and performance
- Diving into performance data to uncover insights, trends, and growth opportunities
- Producing clear, professional monthly reports that clients can easily understand
- Working closely with clients through weekly performance check-ins and strategy discussions
- Continuously testing and refining campaigns to drive better lead acquisition results
Skills and Expertise:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a PPC or performance marketing role
- Proven hands‑on expertise with Google Ads and paid social platforms
- Google Ads Certification
- Strong analytical ability and confidence working with performance data
- Solid understanding of bidding strategies, keyword match types, and Quality Score
- Experience using GA4 and setting up conversion tracking
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns without losing attention to detail
- Clear communicator with strong reporting and client‑facing skills
- Background in lead generation campaigns is a plus
