We’re looking for a Growth Analyst to drive high-volume customer acquisition and deliver industry-leading conversion rates. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales and operations - requiring someone who can see the big picture while executing at speed.
You’ll build on channels that are already delivering results, experiment with bold new approaches, and optimise every stage of the funnel for maximum growth. You’ll be highly hands-on - using data to identify opportunities, refining our digital presence to attract the right audience, and stepping into sales conversations when you can make the difference. The right person will be highly analytical, creative, and competitive - with the ability to turn insights into results quickly.
What you’ll do:
- Supercharge growth at ZUNO - Drive demand and optimise conversion across every stage of the funnel.
- Data-driven decisions - Analyse performance data to identify bottlenecks, uncover growth opportunities, and run short-term experiments to guide long-term strategy.
- Scale proven channels - Double down on the highest-performing channels to maximise reach and efficiency.
- Innovate and test - Rapidly prototype and validate new approaches to acquire and convert high-value customers.
- Sales crossover - Step into key customer conversations and feed insights back into the growth strategy.
