- Comfortable with technology. We use a lot of tech to support our customer journeys and are always trying to innovate in this area, so having an open mind for learning new ways of doing things is a must
- Team-player. Our teams work in a very close-knit way and as a startup we\’re always looking to innovate, so our teams need to be open to trying new ways of doing things and give feedback in a helpful and constructive way.
- Integrity. We deal with highly confidential and personal data every day for our clients, so our people need to have the highest standards of personal integrity
- Qualified. We are looking for Chartered (or near Chartered with 1-2 exams remaining) qualified candidates for this role. You\’ll also have :5 years of experience preparing advice for clients and have a broad range of experience in many areas of advice.
