Role Description
This temporary on-site Tutor role is based in Birmingham and focuses on supporting students in their day-to-day learning activities.
The Tutor will provide individualized and small-group academic support, reinforce classroom concepts, and help learners build strong study habits.
In collaboration with teachers, the Tutor will use insights from NOVA’s AI companion to identify areas where students need additional guidance and tailor support accordingly.
Responsibilities include preparing learning materials, monitoring student progress, offering constructive feedback, and maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment.
The Tutor will also communicate regularly with teaching staff to align tutoring sessions with curriculum goals and classroom objectives.
Qualifications
