About the role: Operations is the engine of our business and plays a critical role in our customers' experience. In this role, you will play an important role right at the start of a customer’s relationship with us, working with them and their other financial providers to collect the vital information we need about their accounts to start our analysis. You will also own preparation for their annual review check-in meetings. As you develop knowledge of our and other providers' processes, you will be able to help develop and implement new, more efficient processes that will speed up our onboarding journey and create a better experience for our customers.
