Stripes is looking for kind, patient and enthusiastic Inclusion Mentors to join their Alternative Provision in Durkar, Wakefield, supporting children and young people with ADHD and additional needs who may be struggling in mainstream education.
Working between 9:30am and 2:30pm during term time, you'll provide personalised 1:1 mentoring, engaging activities and support to help young people build confidence, develop skills and reconnect with learning.
Experience working with children and young people, particularly those with ADHD, SEND or SEMH needs, would be helpful, but isn't essential. We value lived experience and a genuine passion for supporting young people.
