The Together Project are looking for a session leader to join our life-changing Songs & Smiles programme. You’ll deliver intergenerational music groups for 0-4 year olds, their parents/guardians and older adults. Held in care homes and supported living schemes, the hour-long weekly sessions reduce loneliness and improve wellbeing.
This role is perfect if you:
