Learner Resourcer (Apprenticeship Department)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Wolverhampton (Bushbury)
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 pa (depending on experience, skills & qualifications)
We are looking for a Learner Resourcer. The role requires strong administrative skills and telephone experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and resource candidates via apprenticeship website, job sites and social media platforms.
- Conduct telephone interviews to evaluate shortlisted candidates’ skills, experience, and career goals.
- Complete candidate application forms, obtain prior attainment checks, deliver and document high‑quality Information Advice Guidance (IAG).
- Ensure that candidates are supplied to the Employer Engagement Team in a timely manner.
- Book maths and English invigilation.
- Maintain awareness of other coordinators’ vacancies and refer suitable candidates.
- Liaise with the Employer Engagement Team to ensure vacancy outcomes are timely and KPIs are achieved.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in resourcing candidates.
- Level2 qualification in Business Admin/Customer Service or equivalent.
- Confident communicator with a polite telephone manner.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Good energy and positive attitude.
- Ambitious.
