We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Centre Administrator based in our Wolverhampton centre. As a Centre Administrator you will provide first‑class front line customer service for clients, learners and staff, supporting the centre manager with file audits, keeping the e‑compliance system updated and accurate, and liaising with external partners, parents, carers and learners.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, direct calls to the correct destination, and take messages when appropriate.
- Prepare learner start dates and accompanying learner start letters.
- Ensure all new starts are inputted into the system.
- Ensure session registers are ready on a daily basis for each tutor.
- Ensure all audits of learner files are carried out.
- Prepare induction packs for Study Programme.
- Undertake general copying, typing and filing duties.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 18 months experience in administration or a similar role.
- Minimum level 2 literacy, numeracy and ICT.
- Minimum Level 3 in Business Administration or 5 years of administration experience.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
