Teaching Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Teaching Assistant.

Part‑Time, Permanent, 28 hrs per week, Mon – Thurs

Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in the preparation and delivery of lessons and interventions for the day.
- Provide daily reports on learners’ progress and barriers to learning.
- Interact with parents and caregivers on a regular basis.
- Assist in dealing with any behavioural difficulties that may occur.
- Motivate, challenge and inspire students to achieve their best.
- Contribute to our core vision and values.
- Work independently and as part of a strong and cohesive team.
- Have strong subject knowledge within English and Maths.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Teaching Assistant in an education setting.
- Relevant qualification or training in Special Education.
- Previous experience of working with learners who have an EHCP would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have vision, innovation and passion for teaching and learning.
- Help us build on already good results.
- Be confident to support with planning and assessing, be creative and proactive.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
