Salary: £24,000 – £40,000 pa (depending on experience, skills & qualifications)

As our Quality Improvement Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping and enhancing the quality of all our provisions. You will lead on monitoring, and driving continuous quality improvement across all sites and programmes ensuring they meet both regulatory requirements and the needs and expectations of our learners and employers.
This is an exciting role for a Quality Improvement Manager. The purpose of this role is ensuring robust internal quality assurance processes and high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment are at the fore within Nova Training.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, improve and manage quality assurance and improvement processes across all sites and programmes.
Carry out a schedule of deep dives, internal inspections and quality monitoring / improvement activities across all sites and programmes.
Work with Senior Managers to maintain high quality provision, including the implementation of new standards/courses.
Identify areas for improvement in the learner journey throughout the organisation.
Plan the Business Improvement and Self-Assessment day with key staff.
Complete Observations of Teaching, Learning and Assessment as required and ensure that the organisation improves teaching, learning and assessments. Requirements:
A full teaching qualification. I.e. Cert Ed, C&G 7407, CTTLS, DTLLS
Level 5 management qualification
Degree level qualification or equivalent.
Minimum level 2 literacy and numeracy qualifications
Current full UK Drivers Licence (with full access to a vehicle)
Knowledge and experience of internal and external assessment, standardisation and verification processes.
Detailed knowledge and experience of current curriculum developments across SEN education, and particularly associated with Maths, English and employability
Experience of high-quality learning, teaching and assessment to at least level 3. Skills & Abilities:
The ability to develop positive working relationships with individuals at all levels (internal and external) to promote Nova.
Good organisational and time management skills
The ability to lead teams through inspirational leadership which commands respect and provides an environment where others feel motivated.
The ability to analyse data from a range of sources and identify relevant issues and actions. Employee Benefits:
