Nova Training is looking for a proactive Placement & Progression Officer (PPO) to join our Wolverhampton centre and support learners across our sites, including Birmingham. You will help learners transition to work placements, develop referral and employer partnerships, and ensure high quality IAG that leads to positive outcomes.

You will work to meet centre and contractual KPIs, build strong relationships with employers and colleagues, and participate in local marketing and careers events.
